My Passion: Making Business Better For Everyone

Business is one of the most powerful entities in the world. When done right, it can be an extraordinary force for good. However, contemporary business often does the exact opposite, causing untold damage and leaving workers stressed, overwhelmed, and burned out. Collectively, we’re seeking something better.

What brings me to life is exploring ways to transform business to benefit everyone rather than a select few, leading to more resilient companies and happier, healthier people as a result.

I build businesses, create content, facilitate events, and follow inspiration when it strikes — all with the purpose of catalyzing new ways of thinking about how business can and should be done.

As Seen In…

“If you took the passion and drive of an Olympic athlete, the adorable excited goofiness of a puppy, and the tender and generous heart of someone profoundly rooted in love, you’d have the building blocks for Meghan French Dunbar.”

Business Can (and Must) Transform For Good

Based on more than a decade of studying leadership, interviewing thousands of cutting-edge leaders as a business journalist, and being a serial entrepreneur, I know one thing to be true: the way we’re working isn’t working.

  • 4 out of 5 people say their primary source of stress is work

  • Three out of five working adults have experienced negative mental or physical health issues from work-related stress.

  • 60% of people say their job has more of an impact on their mental health compared to anything else

  • More than 75 percent of workers have experienced burnout at their current work

Chronic stress, mental and physical health issues, burnout — these issues have become the norm in the business world.

The bad news: Women, and people with other marginalized identities, disproportionately suffer from these issues.

The good news: it doesn’t have to be this way.

There are proven ways to change how you work that improve job performance and satisfaction and help you flourish outside of work as well. Finding these solutions and sharing them with you is my passion and drives my work.
